This division is responsible for the design, fabrication, and supply of prefabricated building components. It will produce steel frame structures (light-gauge steel joists, trusses, and frames), interior decorative panels (for walls, ceilings, etc.), and ready-made aluminium doors and windows. These components can be rapidly assembled into complete housing units or buildings. Nihao will offer several standardized housing models (e.g. a 2-bedroom family house, a 4-room school building, etc.) which clients can customize. The division may also provide on-site installation services through vetted contractors, ensuring end-to-end delivery from factory to finished building.
