Nihao Somalia
Nihao Somalia is a pioneering Somali–Chinese joint venture established to drive industrial development in two critical sectors: affordable housing and agro-food processing. The company will manufacture structural housing components (steel frames, aluminium doors/windows, and interior panels) using advanced prefabrication technology, and will launch value-added agro-processing operations aligned with Somalia’s agri-food transformation program. By combining Somali market knowledge and Chinese technical expertise, Nihao Somalia aims to address Somalia’s acute housing shortage and add value to its agricultural produce, thereby creating jobs, improving livelihoods, and contributing to national development goals.
